Terrible Customer Service

@LKINY “Does Tablo respond to all posts?”

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

I’ll let @TabloSupport speak to that.

What I can tell you is if you open a ticket via the website form, you need to let them respond initially before responding with anything additional because if you don’t your ticket goes to the back of the queue.

Well, thanks for letting me know… that’s definitely a good tip.

Thanks for your help and have a good night.

He was asking about posts, not tickets.
Impossible to respond to all posts.

Not too worry, I’m sure I’ll figure it out. Thx all.

Understood. Not everyone knows about the ticketing system logic so was just throwing that out there to be helpful in future interactions with Tablo customer support.

I’ve been following along with these replies to your posts and if everything is working on Fire OS but NOT on AppleTV, then the problem is with your Apple TV device. I believe one or two of the responses pointed out Apple TV’s inability to decode MPEG-2 could be the issue. However, I agree that it’s possible that a firmware update could have affected support for the Apple TV device. You’re probably going to need to wait for @TabloTV support to get back with you.

Thanks for checking in. Tablo Support is on it so hopefully they’ll discover something. I suspect it’s going to be one of these unsolvable issues with the Apple platform, but we shall see..

This device is pretty popular now, right? I bought mine from Best Buy as a Black Friday deal, so it’s fairly mainstream now I assume.

Hi Lkny,

Sorry, we haven’t been as communicative with you here. We did see your posts and are working with Tablo Support to get to the root of the problem.
