Suddenly my Tablo4 crashes and restarts with the message “Over the air signal quality has caused Tablo to fail. Please wait while Tablo resets itself.” Anything being recorded is lost, replay fails and the unit restarts. Immediately after restarting, it crashes again with the same message. The unit is now useless.
A year or so ago I had a few reboots on a 4-tuner. Tablo support looked at the logs and said I was overdriving the signal. Connect a TV to the antenna lead to make sure it is basically working. Get a support case in the queue but unfortunately Tablo has a holiday Monday.
Do a new channel scan (remember to hit “add to guide” once the scan is done.
