yesterday our Tablo stopped working, went completely black. we tried reconnecting the Tablo but it refused to reconnect saying no Tablo found, as well before we lost the sub channels to our local ones. (yes we had power.)
Mine has done this at least 3 times. I contacted them and was told I’m out of my warranty and would have to buy a new one!!! I unplugged it for 2 days and turned it back on, and it saw me as a new user and took all my recordings away. Personally, I’m sorry I bought it. Just my opinion

is your table hardwired or wirelessly connected?
it’s wirelessly connected.
Load InSSIDer on your laptop and confirm you have good wireless signal in that area, or in your home. anything above -73 is the start of low signal on both bands. This will give you solid idea of how the wireless is splashed in your home.
