Tablo won't playback or play live TV

Tablo records but will not play live TV or recordings. It shows the recording but when I try to watch anything it shows the buffering circle.
I tried resetting the box and now it can’t find the recordings on the hard drive. It shows them in the recordings, but can’t play them. Please help.

hi, I have this problem on my LG webos tv…computers and tabs working fine. did you fix?
