Tablo won't connect to Spectrum

Has anyone else had an issue with this? It is sitting next to the modem.

Can’t you plug it in to the router?

What version of Tablo and what type of network connection; Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

Is this in the initial setup?

Remain calm and, remember, throwing the Tablo against the wall will not help. :smiley:

We bought the new Gen 4. We finally spoke with support after 9 times trying to get a person. We left our number with no call back. We were on hold for over an hour numerous times and got disconnected. End result, we finally got someone on the phone, the support man couldn’t help us. We are returning it.

The phrase alone, “Tablo won’t connect to Spectrum,” doesn’t make sense since it lacks important context. One’s actual internet service provider doesn’t have any bearing on connecting the device.

The questions people here asked you which were ignored, were so that they could understand the issue. Without providing that info - what to & how you were connecting - there’s no way to help.

The comments were not ignored. You should not assume. My husband and I don’t get online much because I’m very ill with cancer and the last couple of days have been extremely bad and we’re seniors but far from stupid . As I mentioned above We bought the new Gen 4. We finally spoke with support after 9 times trying to get a person. We left our number with no call back. We were on hold for over an hour numerous times and got disconnected. End result, we finally got someone on the phone, the support man couldn’t help us. He had us try everything he knew. We are returning it. I wish I could close this topic because I won’t be returning. You should learn about being a caring, compassionate person and i9nstead of degrading.

Please know that saying the questions were “ignored” wasn’t in any way a personal slight against you. By ignored, I meant users here asked you some questions, and your reply didn’t answer them - I did not mean you acted with any disregard or disrespect.

Thank you for the courage in sharing your personal struggle. I’m sorry that support wasn’t of any help - it’s part of the reason people are on here offering feedback. People try to help others here because they do care and have compassion.
