I have a 2025 Samsung UN55U7900FF. Occasionally the video or audio and video will freeze. TV reboot does not fix it open/close app does not fix it. Sometimes reinstall app will fix it. Otherwise just have to wait for the stream to resume. However, during this time Tablo app runs on my phone and I can even Chromecast the same channel onto the TV. So it doesnt seem to be a wifi or antennae issue. Something about the Tablo app running on the TV. Does anyone have a suggestion?
Hello, and welcome to the community. What makes you think it’s not the network? If everything worked the same, THEN it probably wouldn’t be the network. If only the TV isn’t working and experiencing this issue, then the TVs network could be suspect.
How is your TV connected? If wifi, install and use the app called InSSIDer on your phone to test the wifi signal near your TV.
Also, what streaming device (if any) are you using?..or are you using the Samsung Tablo app?
My suggestion would be to use a streaming device like the Roku Ultra 4850 or FireTV Stick 4k Max.
