Tablo will not connect

Tablo on 1 tv will not connect. The tablo connects on the other tvs. Tablo is connected to router via ethernet cable. On the tv ithat will not connect the tablo shows up on the scan but will not connect. How can I fix this.

Make sure that the device you’re using on that TV (or the TV itself if it’s a Smart TV) is connected to the same network as the Tablo.

Perhaps it may have connected to a guest network?

You can also try rebooting the streaming device/TV.

Thx for your input but I was able to fix it by deleting the app and reinstalling it.
