Unable to download. Error message “NaN undefined” What is that? Can it be fixed?

Tablo Dual Lite wireless. Had previously been working fine for many months. Most recent “event” was the update about a week or so ago

What playback device?

Reboot your router (aka power cycle it), then reboot your Tablo and finally reboot your playback device.

Now I’m seeing Failed almost immediately. No Log

Solved. Had to delete all followed by reinstalling from scratch.
