DVD Flick. VERY Simple Free program to use to create a playable DVD from an mp4. Use the mp4 generated by Tablo Ripper and paste it into Dvdflick, then choose burn disc.
(As cyclej mentioned imgburn above, dvdflick includes imgburn to create the disc)
