Tablo stopped recording on Passport hard drive

Was working fine until started giving message that there was no place to save. Have tried restarting everything.

Outside antenna.

In the Tablo settings does the drive show as full?

No, it says there is no storage.

Hi @Seb - Try disconnecting and re-connecting your hard drive. If this doesn’t allow the drive to show up in settings, it might be failing. If that’s the case, drop a note to support and they can take a closer look to either confirm or potentially run a fixup utility to try to save it.
