Tablo sometimes shows error on Mac

I’m getting an error that says “Unable to retrieve information for this Tablo from the Tablo servers.” on the Tablo web app. How do I fix it

For trouble-shooting see if you get a response from https://api.tablotv.com/assocserver/getipinfo/
note: it’ll return some JSON data, Firefox will format it, Chrome will just run it all together.

If you get something with your tablo’s name and other recognizable data, like if you had your tablo’s IP set, the date you registered it, and/or your IP from you ISP.

If you get nothing… is there some more error why not? If you do, then… maybe some “security” settings are blocking things
Note: my.tablotv.com is not HTTPS so if you have something like HTTPS everywhere, or comparable setting that may flub things up.
DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials also have been know to cause problems.
