tablo shows up in the iOS app but not the webApp
why?

Are these on different devices? Or are you using the browser on your iPhone/iPad?
Are you on Tablo’s home network?
I needed to restart the Tablo. It was frozen on “Updating Guide Data…”
As reliable as usual.
fwiw, You weren’t alone.After noticing a show that was recorded 5 days ago didnt have the FFWD screen shots (and actually the show still said it was ‘recording’ while i was watching it on Roku), I tried to login via webapp , but it didn’t see the Tablo. I checked the android app, and sure enough it was stuck on Updating Guide Data. Reboot fixed mine as well.
