Are the Tablo servers down? I have been trying to access my 4th Gen Tablo for an hour now with no luck. Have tried both resetting and power cycling.

According to the Tablo Status Page, everything seems to be up.
Would you contact Tablo Support? They may be able to help.

Same here. For some reason I can’t tune into ABC Bowl game. I can watch it on the trusty TIVO.

It looks like my old trusty TIVO won’t be retired for a while.
Same crappy tablo, different day! Just wish I had thrown the s**tbox in the trash two years ago and bought an hdhomerun or something with a little better track record than this crapbox that is so much more aggravating than it is useful! Just think, it’s been out for over two years, and we idiots are still nothing more than beta testers for another company that only cares about collecting more and more money, while pushing the same defective unit on more and more unsuspecting victims. Did the government dismantle the Consumer protection agency? All I want is ota tv and recording that works when “I” want to watch! Come-on tablo, get it together or start offering unconditional refunds and lets all move on from the ridiculousness of the failed gen 4.

Yesterday I removed all the FAST channels from my Channel Lineup. Did a rescan and one new FAST channel appeared. Historian.
January 1st I deselect the FAST channel and save.
Guide Update runs over an hour.
Channel Lineup still is checked and the channel is still in the Live list.
Rinse and repeat.
Guide Update complete in under10 minutes.
FAST channel remains.
Cannot contact Mothership.

I am having major problems yesterday and today also. I submitted support requests yesterday and this morning neither has a reply from Tablo. They must have all available hands on deck. The standard “servers are up” and “it’s your Internet” are not going to suffice.
Interesting about the new FAST channel I will have to check mine to see if I have it.
I have to say Tablo’s infrastructure is pretty sad.
Obviously they do not think their business is critical enough to need a five 9’s availability metric.
