Tablo Roku App (4th Gen) Update (v. 1.1.1)

No with mine, everything is grayed out but the ‘use defaults’ box , but when I click that, nothing happens

when i try the iOS app for these same grayed out shows, i gives me the ‘content failed to load’ thing like a few weeks ago in the big outage

early this morning, the back button did not work, but I was able to schedule a recording, and it did record

so in sum I am willing to believe that roku had a problem (which they admitted) but it seems that tablo also has an issue

if it ain’t one thing…

maybe it will get cleared up in tablo’s next maintenance session tomorrow morning. sure hope so as i don’t want to wrangle with support.

Well, I’ll reply to my own mistake. It appears the Episode Recording Options is greyed out on our Roku because we’re not recording the Episode. Once I clicked Record Episode, I was able to set the recording options.

All the other Series recording options and functions are also working on the Roku X4850 Ultra.

Nope, we have different issues; and I’m worn out fighting this one for today

Same issue as zippy. Library → All no longer displays all scheduled programs. This worked three days ago, but the scheduled (planned) program disappeared. I can still see scheduled (planned) programs on the Android and Samsung app, but they are no longer showing on the ROKU app. I called tech support, who had me uninstall, reboot, and reinstall the ROKU app. Did not fix this issue!

I put my unit in maintenance mode early this morning. They replied they got on made some adjustments and reloaded the guide.

Rebooted my roku.
No change.
Deleted my 2 test programs. Rescheduled those 2.
No Change.

This sort of reminds of last march when I started posting that my guide(not live grid) was messed up and missing entries. And every 2-3 weeks more and more programing would disappear. Until it finally melted down at the end of july.

We’ve confirmed this issue and it will be fixed in the next Roku release which is coming very soon.

Anyone have a problem with the remote not responding during playback. Several times on different OTA channels during live rewind and resume the remote stops working, also happened a couple of times while trying to fast forward recordings. Only solution I found is to hit Home on the remote and reopen Tablo.
