Tablo Ripper error

I am trying to get Tablo Ripper to run. I have installed the software and the Tablo Ripper Service is running. When I launch the Tablo Ripper app and enter the IP address of my Tablo and click refresh I get nothing. Below is what I see in the Log File.

What do I need to do?

You really should have posted this under the Tablo Ripper thread which the author of this program, @CycleJ monitors, but hopefully he will respond and will be able to you help with your problem.

That’s the error you’d normally get if you’re not running your Tablo on the same local network as the computer running TabloRipper.
