I’m not intricately familiar with Tablo RIpper, I do know this specific topic has been addressed - the developer and other knowing users pass by (yea, they’ll ask what errors are in your logs )
Here’s one response, which you may have seen:
A http response code of 503 means there’s a problem on the server. In this case, the server is your Tablo, but before you tell me your Tablo is working fine (of course it is), you need to look at why your PC can’t “see” your Tablo on your local LAN. That’s what is really going on.
TabloRipper has two way of connecting to your Tablo. One is to ask Nuvyyo for a list of Tablos you own, the other is “local” and uses your local/internal Tablo IP address.

It looks like because your Tablo and client(s) are on atypical subnets, it’s causing an authentication issue for LAN communications. We have made some security improvements in the 2.2.26 firmware, which is why this is only apparent now.
The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) reserves the following IP address blocks for use as private IP addresses:
