Tablo records but will not playback on TV, cellphone playback good

Recently I can’t view recordings from a few channels on any of my TVs, if I use the android app they play fine. I can see the program was recorded but it will not play on any TV in house, phone playback fine. This is only for certain channels. WIFI is great, not the issue. This is something new with my Tablo

What kind of TVs are you using? Are they attached to streaming devices? If so, what kind?

Are the channels that are having problems streaming, over-the-air or both?

We have a combination of Samsung and Roku TV’s with T-Mobile WIFI with up to 500mbs re speed-test. This recently started with some streaming channels the OTA channels record and playback fine. I see the recordings in my library when I click on watch it cycles/loops back to same screen. Thank you for your time.

This is happening to me and I think it’s an older Roku that’s causing the problem, because my iPhone and Roku TV play the recordings fine.

UPDATE: I have recorded multiple channels / programs in the last few days, currently the only channel that will not playback is the streaming DOVE Channel. Not sure why as dove programs will still playback via android.

Will not playback where or on what device? How is this device connected to the network? Also, what device(s) WILL it work on and how are they connected to the network?

It might be worth a shot to enable audio-compatibility mode, if you haven’t already.

I too have issues playing recordings on my Samsung TV. Some other items on the home and live screens don’t work. It all works fine on my Samsung android tablet and phone. It use to work and I have tried everything suggested. Rebooting everything, clearing cache, deleting the app on the TV and reload it. I am stumped.
