Tablo recording shows there is a recording, but nothing is there

I think Tablo just hates soap operas. It happens to my wife’s Days of our Lives show too.

Tablo Update 2.2.18 Problem Recording

I’m still waiting on the fix after contacting support a week ago. Yesterday I was told by Tablo support that they’re still in the final stages of testing the fix. They also informed me that reverting back to the prior version won’t fix my problem. To me that means they have data corruption, and they have to run some type of database update to fix it?
