Tablo recording programs one hour behind

Has any one else had this problem? I had a program recorded at 700pm and the time on Tablo was correct too. But when the program recorded. It recorded the show a 600pm. What is wrong with this stupid system?

  1. Was your show a “scheduled recording” or a “manual recording”?
  2. Do you have the correct zip code entered into the Tablo?
  3. On your front end devices say Fire TV or Roku, is the time zone setting correct on those? This is separate from the Tablo settings page. This is the System settings of each device.
