Tablo Preview app not loading recordings or live TV

This just started yesterday… Using the Tablo Preview app on Fire TV so I can get commercial skip, and nothing loads. When I go to a live TV channel or click on a recording, that buffering circle comes on, and eventually times out saying “An unknown error has occurred.”

I’ve disconnected my Tablo DVR and reconnected, I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app, issue persists.

The regular Tablo app still works fine.

Software version 1.7, firmware 2.2.26 (1910517)

Never mind… Did a power cycle on the DVR and now it’s working properly.

I had to clear data and cache on the preview app a few days ago to get it to work again.

Same here. Hadn’t had to do that in a long time.
