In both my Mac OS CVhrome browser and my IOS Tablo app - The guide shows the stations, when I select some stations I get a “Player Error - Weak Signal”.
When I select some other channels I get a different station than the one I’ve clicked on.
e.g. select/click on channel 3.1 (my CBS) and channel 20.1 (my CW) plays. When I select channel 61.1 (my Fox) channel 30.1 (my NBC) plays.
I’ve powered down and powered back up the Tablo with no change. I’ve updated the Guide with no change.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Do a new channel scan. Channels have been repacked.
I’ve done multiple guide updates, powering unit down etc. Still the wrong channel plays on some indicated stations and some others show the player error message.
Did you hit ‘Add to Guide’ after running the channel scan?
