Tablo not recording shows

My dads tablo stopped recording new shows. All of the shows previously recorded still work but it doesn’t record scheduled ones. I tried deleting the recurring setting and then re-adding it and that didnt fix it either.

the only change in their setup was getting a new TV that uses Roku intead of the Firestick they had.

Any thoughts?

Things that have helped me and should solve most problems not related hardware or reception.

• Make sure the hard drive is below 95%
• Power cycle the Tablo
• Try deleting scheduled recordings and schedule them again
• Under settings hit “refresh”

Try a manual recording as a test.
