Tablo not found in my new network setup

I was hooked when I got my first gen 1 table What a great concept. I have them in two houses.
Many yrs later I am less enthused:

  • First they announce new products will not include the remote viewing option
  • Then they provide no answer to why I can’t watch Tablo from my chrome browser, Need to use Firefox.
  • Third times a charm, I upgrade my wifi network with Deco Mesh routers. Now two of my Roku units won’t find the Tablo with out clicking find somewhere between 3 and 20 times. I rebooted just about everything roku, tablo and router, same problem the next day. Called tech support and they mentioned something about Mesh Network issues and tell me to reboot things. Next day same issue. Here is the kicker, my rokus and tablo are wired LAN not WIFI.

Losing my faith in this product.

Hi Dave,

Sorry you’re running into this.

Would you DM us your ticket number and/or the email you used to contact us? We can take a look.

We do have an article on why Legacy Support for the Chrome browser ended. If you’d like, take a look: Legacy Tablo Web App Transition - Chrome Support for Tablo Ending – Tablo.

Not sure how you want me to DM you??
The support phone call was initiated at 4:21PM Eastern Nov 8th.
Number was 844 8225688

Interesting but not sure was this means?

Click on @TabloTV user icon.
Just realized you can also click on @TabloTV in this message, too.
Then, click on Message.
Here’s what it should look like:

Using address reservation for your Tablo will make sure it always gets the same IP address from your router. That might (or might not) make it easier for your devices to find.

@Dave_Curry Just curious if using Ethernet would solve the connection problem. Your Tablo can reside next to and plug into any switch or router on your network.

UPDATE: just noticed in your original post that your already hardwired. That’s very odd.
