Tablo not connecting to the network

The Tablo Dual is not connecting to my network wired or wirelessly. I tried resetting the Tablo using the blue reset button in the back of the LED indicator light on the top of the device does not blink but stays solid. I even tried the reboot process by unplugging the power cord and pressing the reset button at the same time then plugging it back in, the indicator light did not blink or flicker.

Do you haven an external hard drive attached to the Tablo Dual? If you do, try removing it, then power cycling the Tablo once more.
