Tablo (legacy model) stop streaming when internet is out

Lately (probably after a sw/fw update) when my internet is out, the app doesn’t let me stream channels from my Antenna to the TV (display a message "you tablo is not connected to the internet). That was for me the mainly purpose of the TabloTV, i.e., watching OTA channels when my internet is out/outages. All the devices (TabloTV, TV, AppleTV) are on the same Ethernet network and all wired connected. Why the Tablo stopped streaming OTA over my Ethernet network? doesn’t make any sense. Does anybody has the same problem? is this also a issue with the new models too?. Am I doing something wrong? Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

For a legacy tablo are you sure Appletv ever worked. I only remember Roku and Firetv Stick working. And it’s been ages since I tried those since my internet rarely goes out. There use to be a giant thread on this topic.

Hi, yes it work in the past on AppleTV, but I also have a Roku and stopped working the same way. A real bummer… Thanks!
