My Tablo Legacy hasn’t been conected for a very long time (about 2 years). I am in the process uf updating my tablo, but it seems like i am waiting a very long time for the update to download. I am about an hour in and still dont see a line where any progress has been made.
Depending on what version of the app and what version of the firmware, there are some firmware versions that can’t be leaped across. But only support knows what those releases are. And only support can remotely install them.
Thank you. I contacted support so the can manually update my tablo. Unfortunately, they won’t be able to do it until monday, and i am out of town next week.
You just put he unit in remote access mode. They shouldn’t need you. unless you have some firewall settings that block them.
