Unit has been working well for almost a year. Rebooted the router, then the Tablo, but it is not connecting to the network via ethernet.

I have had three (3) tablo devices fail with the ethernet jack. Try connecting via wireless to establish the connection. Then, turn off all wireless signals, turn off tablo, plug in network jack and see if it will connect to force the ethernet connection. After that, gotta contact customer support.
Hi, I unplugged the ethernet cable, rebooted, but the wireless doesn’t connect either…
OK, throw the tomatoes… I just discovered that the cable had come loose at the router end…
Works fine now!
