Next week, the hardworking team at Tablo HQ will be taking a break to spend time with our families.

However, a limited crew of support gurus will be available to assist customers with any pressing issues.

Our holiday support hours will be as follows:

  • December 25th - CLOSED
  • December 26th - CLOSED
  • December 27th - 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET
  • December 28th - 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET
  • December 29th & 30th – closed for the weekend as usual
  • December 31st - 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET
  • January 1st - CLOSED

Response times over the holiday break may be longer than usual, so your patience is appreciated.

We will resume normal hours and staffing levels on January 2nd, 2019.

Thanks guys!

Our (reduced) support crew is back at it today. They’re quite busy so wait times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we deal with the holiday backlog!

FYI - All of our support reps are back in the saddle today!

We’re still working on some holiday-related backlog, but we should be back to our normal email reply turnaround times by next week.
