I’ m so frustrated with Tablo I’m ready to send it back to Canada. When I call support I get this nasty girl that answers in one word replies. Anyway Nvidia upgraded and Tablo went out in August. When I try to update or reinstall play store says pending. download When I try to get the app from other sources it just doesn’t work. WTF!!! What are you guys doing!!! Preview doesn’t work eitner. FIX THIS!!! PLEASE!!! A week or two or three Its fall. Will I get a fix for Christmas?

You need to install the new PREVIEW app on the SHEILD for Android Pie. Fix has been out since August 14.

As mentioned above, we addressed this issue in an app update from August. If you’re seeing a ‘Download Pending’ message, this is usually related to an Android or device setting issue. This link covers a few ways to solve it - it’s specific to mobile, but several of the methods will cover Android TV devices as well.
