I have 8 new channels out of Jonesboro arkansas. Well they are a year old now. I have the Tablo Quad. I have a problem with the guide for over a year now. I have the lifetime guide but these 8 channels do not have a guide, at all. I have turned in several request to Tablo to get it fixed but they just ignore me saying they can’t fix it. Can someone suggest how to get the guides.

Try reporting the missing channels using the Contact Us form at the bottom of https://tvlistings.zap2it.com Tablo and zap2it use the same source for guide data.
Welcome to my world. Gracenote continues to be non responsive. Even stranger legs y is correct and 4th gen has been wrong since 4 tuner was available. Ages ago I suggested they replace Gracenote, but not yet.
I was talking to Tablo support today10/16/24 as I live in Cedar Park, TX 78613 (I think you’re in that area as well). I just got a 4th gen Tablo and can’t get KVUE (ABC) on 24-1, because somehow the programming guide has picked up KMMG-CD in San Antonio and is using their channels in the guide, at least for everything under Channel 24 subsets. I talked to some fairly clueless guy overseas who told me Tablo stopped using Gracenote, but doesn’t know who is the new guide provider.(LOL). Anyway, I submitted a ticket to Tablo support with details, and they said they would investigate the issue. I also can’t get KEYE (CBS) 42-1 either. My OTA antennas pick up both stations very well. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
My grandparents used to live in Pocahontas. Glad to hear NE Arkansas is getting more than KAIT-8.
