Yuma Arizona. Guide show NBc programs on CBS-13v channel. And shows CBS programs on NBC-11 channel. Consequently none of my programs are recording. Tablo phone and email support has not been helpful. This has been going on for a month.
Hi Maggie - Sorry you’re running into this.
In some cases where there’s a switcheroo like this it’s because the channels have moved frequencies due to an FCC process.
Running a fresh channel scan making sure to hit ADD TO GUIDE or UPDATE LINEUP could resolve the problem immediately.
In case that doesn’t do the trick, I’ve asked the team to follow up on your support ticket as well.
Fixed. Removed channels from guide, rescanned, added back and then updated guide. Why couldn’t Tablo support tell me this? Their support suck.
