We just got starlink and are having problems connecting our tablo to it. Has anybody else connected tablo to starlink?

Let me know if you figure it out. I never could get it to work, at least not well enough to be watchable. I got far enough to remotely access the Tablo on my home network (UI, guide, list of recordings, etc), but I never could get a video stream to be watchable (massive buffering). I think my Unifi UDM Pro Max gateway Teleport VPN was killing bandwidth. Perhaps another 3rd-party VPN would work better, but I sort of lost interest over the summer.
Edit: It occurs to me OP may just be trying to get Tablo to work directly on a Starlink network. I was trying to get to the Tablo on my home network remotely from my RV using Starlink and VPN. Sorry if I missed the “use case”. I have not tried to run a Tablo directly on a Starlink network.
Welcome to the community. What’s the first problem? - let’s see if we can solve that and get you moved forward. Is your phone and Tablo in the same subnet on the same Starlink network?
