Tablo app not working on ONN Roku tv

Live schedule button in Tablo app does not work on ONN ROKU TV. When I click on Live button, it kicks out off the Tablo app to the home screen. Does anyone else have the same problem? Any solution? I have tried all other steps.

Have you also tried a full reboot of the Roku TV?

What version of the Roku OS is it using?

I have already tried factory rest on the tv, did not work.

Roku software version; 15.1.4
Build: 500
