An update is now available for Android TV and Amazon Fire TV apps for 4th Generation Tablo devices.
This includes a number of small bug fixes, so update your app if you don’t have automatic updates enabled.
Here’s what you can expect:
Tablo Amazon Fire TV/Android TV App (4th Gen) Update (v. 1.8.0)
• Fix for intermittent issue where Profile screen functions could be non-functional
• Fix to hide content rows that fail to load properly
• Fix to omit failed recordings from the Recent screen
• Other bug fixes and performance improvements
The guide(shows, news, etc) is still broken and missing entries. Are you ever going to fix this so users don’t have to peck around the Live TV grid looking for what is obviously in the guide.
If not bring back the 0.9 roku app. It actually worked and matched the legacy guide.
Assume everything is OTA and the best local news is broadcast on an independent station. If you go to the “news” menu the “Evening New” ribbon has the 10PM(not the 11PM) listing. Now if I go to “All Networks” the channel isn’t even listed. If I go to the Fox network of which there is only one there are no local news programs listed.
If I go to the Shows menu and View All Networks, all the channels and sub-channels are listed but no News programs for Fox or the independent. Does that seem correct. Also all locally produced programming is not listed..
Roku version 0.9 was correct and matched legacy but now with version 1.0 it perfectly matches the fire TV stick version.
