Tablo 4th gen won't connect to my network

Ticket number 516020 my tablo still won’t connect. Starts flashing blue then blue and white. I have tried hard reset, soft reset, rebooted router and modem, switched cables I’m hard wired. Still won’t connect. I believe this tablo is cooked. Can’t get any help from tablo they opened this ticket and send me emails to do what I’ve already done don’t know where to go for help or just trash it . I also deleted the app and reinstalled. Still no help from the tablo higher authority as they call it. They keep emailing me to do the same things Already done. I hope people don’t get taken as I have there is NO support.

Do you have your Tablo and your phone close to the router when setting it up?

Yes all I get on tablo is flashing blue white light

Just to confirm… How many devices are on your network? Have you checked your DHCP lease times and tables? Make sure its set fairly low. Some routers set it for 1 day or 30 days.

I’m having the same problem. I have the legacy. Started yesterday.
I have tried everything and nothing is working.

Flashing blue and white happens when Tablo’s servers are down.

Tablo did a server migration last week. Maybe the server for your area needs restarting.
