Have you tried rebooting the Tablo? That would be the first thing I would try.
Also, couldn’t hurt to clear the cache on your streaming device:
Rebooting cleared this for me. Showed up on bad reception channels. Solved for now so I can’t reproduce it
Had the same issue and rebooting fixed it for me also.
I try to reboot everything once a week as a matter of routine and it seems to help. Internet modem, Rokus, Tablos, Onn box, TVs, cell phones. All this stuff is computer driven anymore and gets glitchy over time, imho.
