Anybody know why it takes so long to sync on a PC or Android phone compared to a iPad or iPhone?
Which iPhone and iPad? And are they running iOS 13?

Our iOS apps on 13+ are currently using a hybrid approach which does not require syncing.
Our Android app still requires a partial or full sync because it relies on our older back-end communication method.
Both mobile apps will be getting a full refresh this year so they are 100% using our newer back-end communication method which does not require syncing.
Are windows PCs via Chrome browser going to get an update?
We want to focus on the mobile apps first and we have some additional work for our main leanback apps.
The web will be the last on the list for a refresh.
