No. The same wireless network was used for both Tablo’s I have as far as I can recall. I will try your suggestion as well as a few others that were mentioned here. Just not understanding why a temporary one is not being setup on my phone when I go through the process.
I have turned off the WIFI extender and will try to set up the wireless connection again this afternoon. Does the cell phone with the tablo app have to be near the Tablo?
I did a soft reset and hard reset multiple times and powered on and off. It still gets stuck at setting up temp WIFI and will not go any further. So not sure this box will ever work on WIFI for some reason.
I gave up and went for a walk and when I came back and started my phone up and the Tablo app it worked in that it found the second Tablo and asked for me to select a network etc..
So all appears to be good. Of course the HD was initialized so I lost some recordings.
