Switched from lite to Quad won't take new serial number

I switched devices and put in the new serial# to add guide to current tablo from my lite I don’t use anymore. Won’t except serial #support-troubleshooting

I think you have call or email them with the serial number of the new unit.

No issues here. If you log into your account at https://account.tablotv.com/, you’ll notice there’s a ‘Replace’ button next to your Tablo on your active subscription. You can select this button and follow the prompts to swap it for another unit/.
