I have dual lite, whenever the 2 tuners are busy recording and you try watch one the program which is under recording now whith in a one or two mins the device reboots. This is very consistent and but I expect it to work. Any one have similar experience?
When you mean “the device”, are you referring to the Tablo or your streaming device?
I have the Dual Lite, and I haven’t encountered that issue. You may want to send a support ticket in if this is happening consistently.
The device means Tablo, yes going to raise a ticket.
Hopefully it’s not caused by a bad disk or a disk that’s been sitting in a draw for 5 years and recently hooked up to tablo. Or a disk that’s firmware is way out of date.
