This afternoon I wasn’t able to access offline mode on my Samsung TV app but I was able to access the offline mode via the Iphone app. This was my first time using offline mode (needed because of Tablo server issues) which worked very nicely. I wanted to watch my local channels which the offline mode gave me which was all that I was concerned with. Got me to think - it would be so nice if Tablo gave us (clients) the option, directly in the app, to go into offline mode at our option rather than having offline mode become available if Tablo is having an issue or it can’t access the Internet. If we could simply make a click in the app that would make our Tablos work in offline mode - that gives us the ability to easily and efficiently make that decision.

I agree. There have been a couple of times when I clearly had a connection problem, but the system did not prompt me to activate offline mode. It would be nice if there was a way to force offline mode.
