More info on PREVIOUS PROBLEM: I had previously reported this about AMC Thrillers ONLY but since then have recorded more streaming channels. AMC Thrillers, IFC, and Free Movies+ ALL FREQUENTLY stop the movie being watched and “kick back” to the TABLO HOME SCREEN. It is SO frequent that it makes them not worth watching. I DO NOT have this problem on any OTA TV STATIONS that I record regardless of the length of the recording. I have tried ALL of your suggestions and they did NO GOOD. I use a FIRESTICK 4K Max, my internet connection is TOP OFTHE LINE as is ALL of my equipment. You can provide any additional “fixes” and I will try them, BUT the problem is NOT on my end. Thank you.
I dont have this issue on Roku and Onn devices in my home.
I just watched a recording from AMC Thrillers today. I had no problems. I was watching on a Roku Ultra.
Do you have more than one viewing station, and are you getting this problem on all of them? What about when you watch on your phone?
If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you delete and reinstall the app.
Tablo has made specific fixes for Roku. I only watch on one device. It is definitely not the problem. I am reinstalling the app tonight as Tablo recommended. Thanks for the input.
