Story television

Story television will go live Monday. I’ve rescan my tv channels and it is show up on my Tablo and I pay for the guid that is supposed to go
two week in advance. But there’s nothing for Story television channel. Will it automatically be added when the channel goes live or do I need to contact Tablo to add it to the guide?

That’s how it’s supposed to work although there may be a short delay.

If there’s nothing a couple of days after it goes live, give support a shout with your zip code, the channel #, and your Tablo’s serial number and we’ll put a case in with our guide provider.
