My Tablo 4th generation was working. It stopped with the LED flashing blue and white. Indicating it did not have a connection.
Tried unplugging, didn’t work. Did a factory reset and still doesn’t complete setup or blue and white LED flashes.
My older Tablo is working fine on the same network.
I recommend sending our support team a note, or giving us a call at 1-844-TABLOTV (822-5688).
That said, answers to these questions will help our team track this down for you quicker:
- Are you trying to setup on WiFi or Ethernet?
- Are you using the Android or iOS mobile app?
- Are you receiving any kind of error message? If so, on which screen, and what does it say?
- Make sure to include 5087 number printed on the bottom of your Tablo - this will help our team take a look from our end.
