SPVR4-01-NA . like 2-3 months with customer suport no dice

i contact customer service, and i even investigate on forums and i add a thread of someone here with same issue, nothing. ramdoms answers from them, then keep trying and they back to the same answer email through email looks like IA. Just mention things already tried the online solutions, why contact customer service if you no tried all first? anyway i tried again and obviously nothing happens. really frustrating.

thats was like 3 months ago lol i give up.

SPVR4-01-NA , issue it keep a forever loop in connecting no pass from there no matter what.

Isn’t 2.2.16 from June of 2017.

If your firmware is extremely outdated or you are experiencing persistent update failures, Tablo support can manually push an update to your device if you provide your MAC address or serial number.

that was i expected from them, and in the first mail i add a link thread from here mention same thing, they never take that path just repetitive stuff, very frustrating for 3 months. thats =lack of respect i mean repeat and repeat , anyway i follow their suggestions the same that are online, but that no help obviously.

i get contacted by customer support. now device blinking in the way they expect let sae how goes.

Let blinking twice they unable then open port either. So im out of luck i get a coupon.30 off
