Some People Will Go to Great Lengths to get “Farmer Wants a Wife” and Reruns of “The Beverly Hillbillies”

Nothin’ wrong with that. But, did it do the trick?

Yes. This guy actually has a pretty sophisticated setup in a rural area of Texas between 3 major markets. One antenna for each. He then uses a Televes Smartkom to sort it all out and give him “the best” of each source. His Tablo and TVs just see his custom internal distribution “channel plan”.

I posted this picture sort of “tongue in cheek”, but also to make the point it can be pretty involved (and expensive) to get reliable OTA TV in “difficult” areas.

I stand by my comment re: the crappy content that is actually available.
