Sold my Tablo, new owner has an issue with sub

I sold my Tablo on eBay, it has 2 months left on the annual subscription. I went in and deleted the subscription so that it shows there is no active one. But when the new owner tries to set it up he gets a message “It appears this Tablo DVR already has a subscription but it’s not assigned to your account. If you feel this is an error please contact support.”
He did contact support but wondering if there is anything else I can or need to do to help him.

This is an interesting problem. This would never have occurred to me. For your part, things are close-ended, it’s completely in the hands of Tablo (support, etc.), but … if you submit a trouble ticket on this, supply Serial number, etc. it might help things, inasmuch as they’ll be getting this from both ends. At a minimum, it will strengthen the validity of HIS request. Just a thought.

Thanks for the reply. I am not sure I still have the serial # or can get to it. They could probably look it up.
