Hi Tablo fans!

As you know, we’re always working to make Tablo even better through firmware and app updates.

One of the most important parts of this process is beta testing updates with real users. While all firmware and app updates go through quality assurance and internal alpha testing, our beta team’s testing is indispensable.

To ensure our beta team includes a cross-section of active Tablo users, watching content on a wide variety of devices, we are currently looking to add new members who own 4th Generation Tablo devices to the beta team.

We are especially looking for users willing to test app updates on the following platforms:

  • Roku
  • Amazon Fire TV
  • Android TV
  • Samsung
  • LG

In exchange for early access to new features, Tablo beta team responsibilities and expectations include:

  • Install and use beta firmware and apps when they become available
  • Provide timely and specific feedback to us via the private Tablo Beta Community forum
  • Accept the inherent risks associated with testing new software

A few key details about this initiative:

  • It is mandatory to have an active Community Forum login (user name) to participate in the beta program as this is our primary method of gathering feedback
  • All users hoping to participate in future device-specific app betas must also be signed up as a Tablo firmware beta tester

Can we try making TABLO work corrctly, as is, before implementing new features?!?
I sm sssooooo frustrated. My Tablo has not worked correctly ever since the big guide fiasco. I call tech support a couple of times s week, almost daily. Tier 1 support is a joke, we constantly gg thru the same truibleshooting but rarely fix the problem. The problems vary, so itnot the same issue. Finally tonight Tier 1 finally admitted you guys have an issue working with ROKU. I bought my Tablo in Dec 2024, specifically because it wiuld work woth ROKU. Now, it hasnt worked corectly fir at least 6-8 weeks, I’ve reported multiple issues, multiile times.
I’m finally to the point of either make it work with ROKU like you asvertised it would, or give me my money back.
It’s been more than 30 days since I bought it, so I’m being told it’s just too bad.
I have emailed info@tablotv.com begging for soneone at Corporate to help me.
I’m ready to call the better business bureau because this is getting ridiculous.
PLEASE make this thing work again, or give me my money back!
