Shows no recordings!

Tablo says I don’t have any recordings on my 6 TB hard drive, it shows over 1 TB of storage used! It stopped showing any recordings about a week ago! What can I do to retrieve my recordings? Thanks

Same thing just happened to me (4 tuner with Roku).

@Bigcat @Johnt1943 Can you both send a ticket to our support team? We can take a look at the logs ASAP and see what’s going on.
