Shadow/Haze at bottom of guide on Roku Tablo App. Why?

As a new user of the Tablo app on Roku, I just don’t get the purpose of the haze/shadow at the bottom of the guide. If it supposed to indicate that more channels are below, then why isn’t it gone when you get to the bottom of the guide.

I don’t believe I remember seeing this on the Firecube/Android apps

This is a byproduct from a previous update done by Roku, I believe. @TabloTV has stated that there is a fix for this coming in the next “massive update” for the Roku app, but no timeline has been given.
